Only because I believe they want the 5 star experience. RTS- I believe they want to “Raise The Standard” and something to work on is SMILING but that isn’t enough to take away a 5 star but something to improve upon!!! With that being said I hold myself accountable and I need to lead by example. Renee- Danielle and Kara are outstanding!!
